Summary: I have used Arena.im for over a year and I'm impressed by their simple user interface, quick support and pleasing UI and UX.

Positive: Arena.im's is fantastic to use, primarily due to its easy and simple user interface. Under this "simplicity" are a vast amount of customization options to tailor your website feeds in every detail you require. And if you need a little extra help, support is literally a live chat box away.

Negative: Their entry-level package has a limit of 1000 impressions, which run out quite quickly. Smaller websites could be deterred from signing up to a paid package due to the starting price for a paid subscription.

Summary: Arena.im was implemented with a single line of code and has transformed my entire audience interaction. With Arena, it was possible to share information and videos in real time both from social networks and website by us and by third parties. Like a magic trick, the work routine of two dedicated professionals turned more productive, as messaging and interaction strategies became much faster and more efficient. As a result, there was more time to produce content and listen to customers. Customers were super satisfied with how quickly and easily we kept them informed.

Positive: Easy implemented with one line code, improved client satisfaction, real time interaction and my team became more productive.

Negative: No significant cons at the moment, but the design could improve in one detail or another. And with even better prices, I could implement it in other businesses as well. But I don't give up the tool, which has been essential for my business.

Summary: We've been using Arena for several years now after experimenting with a lot of different 'live' platforms for our website (in football).

We find the pricing reasonable and the features are all smooth. No issues.

Positive: Good interface, multiple user accounts allowed. Excellent internal interface. Loads reliably and no seeming downtime.

Negative: None that I can think of, we are very happy with Arena as a platform.

Summary: Overall it's still a great platform for using the Chat, Q&A and polling sessions for participant engagement. Will use it in the future again!

Positive: It was very easy to use the chat function. Everything looked sleek for the participants. Loved it that it has polling and Q&A function too. Being able to use GIFs is such a plus to make engagement more hyped up.

Negative: The Q&A & Polling icons were a tiny bit too small hence it could be easily missed. The pages for admins to navigate the settings were quite confusing and definitely needs improvement.

Summary: I was very impressed with the depth of features, analytics and data visualization, but it's better suited for larger companies, not personal or low traffic websites.

Positive: Comprehensive set of features and analytics, seems to be the easiest way to add viewer relations management to a website.

Negative: Even though Arena itself is free for personal websites and low traffic blogs, WordPress requires you to upgrade to the "business plan" ($300 annually) in order to use Arena plugin, required to embed functions like chat in your blog.
