Unreliable contractor payment practices Date: Apr 27 2026
Summary: Companies evaluating this platform should consider not only the product vision, but also vendor governance, payment discipline and how fairly implementation partners are treated. For organisations with strong ESG / CSR standards, this may be an important point to assess before engaging.
Positive: The platform addresses a real and important need in the market: consolidating business, financial and operational reporting across multiple entities. From a product perspective, the idea is valuable, especially for companies that grow through acquisitions and need better visibility over their financial and commercial data.
Negative: Our commercial experience as an external implementation partner was very negative. We supported BI / Power BI reporting work connected with the platform, including stabilising and improving reporting logic in a complex environment. Several payments were significantly delayed, and one historical balance for delivered work remained unpaid more than 400 days after the due date despite repeated follow-ups and formal reminders.

From a vendor perspective, this creates a serious concern: smaller specialist contractors may end up carrying real delivery costs while payment is delayed or linked to an undefined future state of the broader system. In practice, this can make smaller partners feel like inexpensive delivery capacity rather than properly treated professional vendors.
