Summary: Avatao is a nice platform to train your security skills, and to develop new ones. It takes developers to build secure applications, but Avatao can be very helpful on the way.
Positive: There are exercises in various topics on easy to hardcore levels. They cover security issues that are (I think) the most present.
Negative: The platform structure can be a bit confusing first, but that's not a big problem.
