Summary: Awful, signed contract and over the course of a month logged dozens of bugs and issues that were not resolved
Positive: The cost and feature set on the box were the only things that attracted us to it. It was meant to perform a lot of functions
Negative: Super buggy, useless support. Both email and sms went to spam
