    Summary: Horrible. If you want to be a good landlord, stay away from them.

    Positive: Nothing, no pros

    Negative: Registration process is a disaster. Provided all my info, and got a message stating someone will get back, no, no one is getting back, registration fails. Calling them is not working at all, no one answers the phone, no callbacks, no nothing.
