While Freelo is a great tool, it has a few areas that could be improved:
Advanced features can be more difficult to learn:
Some advanced features require more time and effort to fully learn, which can be problematic for new users or less tech-savvy team members.
Mobile App:
The mobile app is less intuitive and sometimes slower compared to the web version. Although it allows access to core features, its user interface could be improved for a better user experience.
Integrations with other tools:
Although Freelo offers several integrations, some popular tools are not supported, which at times makes it difficult for information to flow smoothly between the different platforms we use.
Customizing notifications:
Notification customization options could be better. Sometimes we get too many notifications for less important activities, which can be distracting.
Despite these shortcomings, Freelo is still a very useful tool that contributes greatly to the efficiency and organization of our work. With minor improvements it could be even better.
