Riseup Description

The Riseup Collective operates autonomously from Seattle, yet it boasts a membership that spans the globe. Our mission focuses on fostering the development of a liberated society, one characterized by freedom from necessity and the right to express oneself, devoid of oppression or hierarchical structures, where power is equitably distributed. To achieve this, we offer essential communication and computing resources to those who are fighting against capitalism and various forms of oppression. Riseup supplies digital communication tools designed for individuals and groups dedicated to transformative social change. Additionally, we aim to create democratic alternatives and practice self-determination by maintaining secure communication methods. Among our services, we also facilitate mailing lists specifically for activist organizations, thereby strengthening our support for collective action. Ultimately, our commitment is to empower movements that strive for a just and equitable world.

    Good luck joining.

    Date: Dec 24 2022

Summary: Don't even bother unless you're a hippie, they don't know what cyber activism is evidently, thus my confusion as to the great security.
    My list
    1) Tutanota 2) Proton 3) Disroot 4) Cyberfear
    5) Lavabit 6) DNMX (Dark Net Mail Xchange)

Positive: Cool name, cool logo, excellent security, and nothing else.

Negative: Can't join, when attempting to join you have to get some sort of invite code from an existing user, if you attempt to contact the support to gain entry you'll be shot down rather harshly. I don't care about activists, at least the kind they want, my activist type is not but more or less is the same frequency as Guy Fawkes' disciples, which is why I wanted Riseup as its secure.
