    Summary: I really like Spekit and have found it a great resource for those of us in PR that are unfamiliar with Salesforce. Having never used Salesforce before, I was worried that with new systems and procedures I would feel stupid or behind schedule in learning how to use the platform, but Spekit solves those problems and helps me feel confident about what I'm doing.

    Positive: Spekit is super easy to use, and great for quick questions about procedures while in Salesforce. Having not used the platform before, I've found Spekit to be helpful for learning and reminders in real-time.

    Negative: I wish we had Spekit available on all of our platforms! The integration with Salesforce is seamless, but I wish we have access to the learning tools on other admin platforms like Zenefits.
