Positive: The platform made it easy for our business to start accepting eCheck and ACH payments from customers in the U.S. Setup was straightforward and the dashboard is simple to understand. The virtual terminal works well for entering payments manually, and transaction reports make it easy to track payments. Support was helpful during the setup process and answered our questions quickly.
Negative: Account verification during onboarding required several documents, so approval took a little time. The reporting section could include more detailed filters for businesses that process a high number of payments.
