Positive: It is what it is. My review title says it all. This has been one of the best webinar platform we tried in recent memory. Everyone in our team absolutely loves how easy their UI is to navigate and their support is available 24/7 for any questions that we have.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Every integration with our system worked without any issues and reporting is always accurate and matches up with our very own analytics.

Summary: Reporting is very detailed and helped us a ton with our analytics and that is a very big plus for us.

Positive: Features are outstanding - presenting slides, videos and other media file is hassle-free not to mention their absolutely amazing support team is always there to help you if you have any concerns with your event.

Summary: The reporting and tracking is great. We can run webinars all over the world with various teams and the automated emails and recording options are very useful.

Positive: The support that is offered is very speedy and the capabilities are great. We get a report which shows who has watched the replays of webinars too so we can reach out to them appropriately.

Negative: I do not have any specific point that makes me see the system as negative as I have not had problems using the platform. The service tries to improve and consistently upgrade so no complaints here!

Summary: Makes my job way easier, all the insights you get from the platform helps me get fast and precise information.

Positive: My favorite thing must be that there is no need to download any software to use the service. Speaking for the attendee, the fact that you only need a web browser is great! It really makes attending webinars a less complicated task.

I also really like how easily you can manage all your webinars, the fact that you have a landing page, all the data you can collect from your customers.

After all, I'm delighted with the product. There's a lot you can do with all the options you get.

Negative: I don't like that you don't have the option to export all data you need in a customized manner. It is pre-categorized and a bit hassle to manually copy a sheet into the other.

Summary: People are tired of Zoom, so it was nice to offer a different space for a virtual event. It set the event apart. It was also really easy to use both on the admin end and participant end.

Positive: The simple, user-friendly interface is great. I also like that videos, slide decks, etc can be pre-loaded into the platform instead of having to screenshare. Pop-up link box is cool, polling is great. Overall, just easy to use. A great choice for people doing very simple webinars/virtual events. Also, customer service is fabulous.

Negative: There are some good features in Webinar.net that I still believe could be improved. More customizable landing pages could be one of these features as currently the platform only gives you a few options when designing these.

Summary: Our team's experience here has been wonderful. Webinar.net is the go-to platform if you need to stream any kind of symposium to thousands of viewers!

Positive: It's really easy to distribute the webinar links to both presenters and audiences, the platform highlights the Email Notification feature which automatically generates and sends an email for my specific webinar. Such an effortless way to manage a webinar!

Negative: Nothing much really! A landing page for all webinars would be great but this can be integrated with other platforms so not that big of a deal.
