Summary: Our webinars never looked so good! We were using GoToWebinar but it felt dated. We needed a change and our attendees could not have been happier my switched platforms.

Positive: Super easy to use, helpful documentation (if needed) and 24/7 chat support. I needed a feature, support submitted a ticket to engineering and two weeks later followed-up with me saying the feature is live in production.

Negative: Was looking for a full Eloqua integration, they only have a webhook, but they say it's coming shortly.

Summary: Overall the Platform is super intuitive and easy to handle, totally recommend for big and small events is great.

Positive: The attentiveness and quick Response of the Webinar.Net team; the platform allows to reach very large audiences without capacity concern.

Negative: There is nothing much to fault on this platform.

Summary: Overall I cannot recommend this technology enough, no matter if you are an enterprise level company or a small business webinar.net can help you engage with your customers like no other in todays hybrid events landscape.

Positive: I think this is by far the best webinar platform on the market and the top reason I feel this way is because I was able to learn how to use it in a very short amount of time. It also has the most capabilities when I compare it to competitors, especially the editing capabilities.

Negative: There is honestly not much that I do not like about the technology at this point, because every feature that was lacking has since been added to the platform. For example I told the people at webinar.net that we wanted to start using completion certificates as a part of our webinars and within a few weeks this was added as a capability.

Summary: They are now my number one go-to for webinars. They performed in ways I didn't even know I needed them to.

Positive: Customer service is absolutely stellar - they really know their stuff.
They walk you through everything.
Incredible tutorials.
Easy to use.

Negative: A bit on the pricey side - but definitely worth it if you can afford it.

Summary: Amazing software, would recommend it! It's a pretty clean interface and user-friendly. You don't need to be tech-savvy in order to use it.

Positive: I loved the reporting, the data you can collect from attendees, and the metrics that the platform has to offer.

Negative: Would like more advanced editing features from The Lab.

Summary: Webinar.net was my go-to whenever I have to present something. Making a group event went from a hassle to something I occasionally enjoy with Webinar.net

Negative: The only con I could think/see is that it's a webpage based app. Honestly, that's no issue but you cant connect your slides or third party content with this solution/software.
