Summary: We are glad we picked webinar.net over its competitors. All virtual events we hosted went by smoothly and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. Highly recommended platform based on the feature-set alone but couple that with a great customer service experience, you'll be in for a great time!

Positive: Virtually anyone can pick up the platform and setup an awesome event in a very short time. Features provided are easy to navigate and support is always available whenever you need them.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. I would gladly sign up for webinar.net all over again given the chance.

Negative: There's very little to dislike here, but I think as the platform is web-based, there's a tendency to have a device-connection issue. However, help from the support team is readily available and responds immediately.

Summary: One of the best online platform I've ever experienced. They provide free training and they will answer all questions you have in mind.

Positive: Ease of access and the platform is very easy to use. All components presented are very straightforward. No need to relearn or start from scratch if you already used similar virtual event platforms in the past.

The support team is always responsive even during the weekend which is awesome!

Negative: I really can't think of anything at the moment as they always seem to deliver the very best customer user experience.

This architecture allows our customers reach to very large audiences without capacity concerns, and enjoy simple, cost-effective pricing.
Document that's provided is very organized and easy to follow to make sure everything is set up correctly.
In fact, it is super easy to use as they have put a lot of effort into the UI. And I must say they go out of their way to onboard you.

- Ease of use! it has a very clean user interface and very intuitive.
- Webinar.net has all the capabilities for proper engagement. The team was also great and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Negative: As I observed sometimes it takes longer to load and connection is not as much stable as you can think of. Rest of the features looks good. Nice tool!

Summary: Great program and I think that more people should use it because of the great support and amount of time it saves.

Positive: It is very simple to help people to join. They also have amazing support for big events that make working with the program that much easier.

Negative: The links tend to be blocked by email protection companies like Mimecast. They tend to mess up the links.

Summary: A great support team always ready to help and explain how everything works 24/7, Also an amazing interface and easy to use.

Positive: A very intuitive interface, easy to use. It has everything you can think of to need for your webinars!!

Negative: I cannot think of any thing that i could say they need to improve on...because they always get to fix what is needed, when needed.

Summary: I saw this from g2 and the reviews are really great so I tried. They gave me a free trial for 10 days. And even extended it as I didn't have enough time before. It was easy to use and they have a page where u can also get enough details. They also offer 24hrs support (live chat) and email. They also update their software and add more widgets and you can fully customize your event which is really really great! I hope they could also have a social media page as I want to leave a review there and share it with my colleagues and friends.

Negative: 1. Unable to use when a firewall is on.

Summary: Useful tool and really easy to use, the default configurations are what I needed to set up quick webinars.

Positive: I needed to create 10 webinars for my classes, I was in a Hurry and I managed to create them all under 20 minutes which was great. The process was really straight forward.

Negative: The integrations for reporting, I had to perform several manual downloads.

Summary: I would definitely recommend using this platform!

Positive: I love how I can customize my webinar event with my own branding and everything. It was really an awesome webinar tool that fits the needs of any business.

Negative: I would like more fine editing tools for the lab.

Summary: Great tool for all types of webinars, no matter if it is small one or huge, live or pre-recorded, ability to use presentations, polls, videos, links, social media.

Positive: Predictive, customizable, lot of features, scalable based on the amount of attendees, easy integration with other programs.

Negative: Have not found any yet, more training videos in YouTube will enhance the already good training experience.
